When speaking with potential clients, 365 Management Group is often asked, "Where will I fall on your priority list?" The response is and always has been the same: "You will be our top priority, along with each and every other fighter that has entrusted us with their career."

If 365 Management does not believe it can give a potential client the care and attention they deserve, we simply do not take them on as a client. While 365 realizes the big picture is important, we also realize that it's the little things that count. Achieving excellence in combat sports is a team effort and 365 does not believe it can sign a fighter and keep them at arm's length. Our fighters will always be treated as people and not as commodities. Your phone calls, texts, and emails will be returned in a timely manner regardless of whether you have won your last five fights or have lost your last five.

MMA is a legitimate business and fighters serious about their careers need to work with legitimate businessmen instead of people running around pretending to be managers simply to live the MMA lifestyle as a way to cope with a mid-life crisis.

Holding Master's Degree's in Management (MAM) and Business Administration (MBA)  , Joe Kelly first began promoting shows at the age of 24 and has managed fighters such as Rob Kimmons, L.C. Davis, and Lee Gibson, helping all three advance their careers from the local Kansas City scene to contracts with national fight promotions. Through his work as a manager and promoter, Kelly has established a wealth of contacts with every major and mid-level fight promotion in the industry.

While Kelly will never try to pass himself off as fighter, he has have through the years of training and has taken his lumps in the ring and cage and has an understanding of what sacrifices a fighter must make in order to achieve excellence in MMA.
